Pumkin Fun

'Tis the season . . . to play with pumpkins!

Fun with Feathers!

The Monkeys made pictures of chickens by gluing multi-colored feathers onto paper. Some of them added five or six googly eyes! The toddlers loved the art project so much that it turned into a feather play session. At first some of the children weren't sure about the feathers, but by the end that were all really into them.

One of the Monkeys got a big kick out of tickling Ms. Bev with the feathers!

Out for a Fall Stroll...

Our class has a new pet! He's a sweet Bearded Dragon named Mongo, and the kids love him!

Dear Parents

A bug is going around our classroom causing some diarrhea and vomiting. While we are taking extra precautions in an effort to minimize its spreading, we ask that parents inform us if their child develops any symptoms. We hope to maintain a healthy environment for all our students, so if your child is sick, please keep him/her home!

September Lesson Plan

Camp Emerson Store

Camp Emerson will be hosting a snack sale this Friday, August 21st! We will be selling snack bags (age appropriate) that we have made and juice boxes for 50 cents each.

Proceeds from the sale will benefit The Emerson Foundation.

Please send your child's order in a marked envelope on or before Friday so (s)he may participate. Each class will have a designated time to shop and enjoy the treats.
